Our quality assurance program is geared to increase customer satisfaction and improve our quality of business in order to continue to deliver the quality of service you seek in a staffing firm.
At Millennium Search we believe that communication is the key to understanding our client and employee needs, and that a consistent, actionable quality assurance program can ensure effective communication and help to avoid nominal problems before they become larger issues. By moving the needle in a positive direction in these areas we enhance customer satisfaction and improve important operational efficiencies. You will be surveyed individually and responses are compiled to reflect client-specific results as well as enterprise-wide analysis. Measuring customer satisfaction will guarantee that we continue to meet your needs.
The purpose of our Quality Assurance Program is to ensure that we provide our clients with the level of service that they expect from a leader in the employment services industry. The goal of our Quality Assurance Program is to measure Millennium Search’s service levels as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
Millennium Search hires only those employees who meet or exceed company standards; however Millennium Search is in a unique position in that we rarely have the opportunity to see how an employee actually performs on the job. Therefore, we (Millennium Search) rely on our clients and employee supervisors to provide feedback regarding employee performance, skills and attitude. This feedback helps Millennium Search manage employee performance, aptitude and provide counsel to employees and clients regarding situations that may occur.
