Chief Executive Officer
Millennium Search is seeking an experienced CEO who will be responsible for leading a profitable, private company of approximately $35 million sales that is a leading provider of innovative, value –added Communication solutions to its customers. The company operates in three segments, Hospitality, Advertising and Religious. The Board of Directors is looking for new leadership to achieve sales and profit growth. CLIENT has two primary locations, Tennessee and Missouri.
Reports to: Chairman
Purpose: To lead the development of the company’s strategy and to manage the enterprise to ensure the successful execution of its strategy.
Qualifications:
- Five to ten years of significant business management and leadership experience.
- Successful experience managing a business unit to achieve sales and profit growth.
- Working knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Three to five years of experience with a national strategy consulting firm.
- Management experience with a multi-plant manufacturing firm.
- Familiarity with the printing and related communications industry.
- Experience in making and integrating successfully an acquisition.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration.
- Business-to-Business Marketing experience
